Our Off-Peak Adult Joint Membership offers unlimited spa and leisure access for two adults during off-peak hours (weekdays opening until 4 pm, weekends 12–5 pm), paid in fixed monthly instalments at a joint discounted rate.
Leisure Memberships – Terms & Conditions
Membership Commitment
Annual and joint memberships are contracted for a 12-month period, unless stated otherwise.
Flexible memberships operate on a rolling monthly basis with no long-term commitment.
Off-peak memberships provide access only during designated off-peak hours.
Payments
Membership fees are payable in advance, either in full (prepaid) or by monthly instalments, depending on membership type.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Concession and corporate rates require valid proof of eligibility.
Membership fees are subject to review annually, with any increase capped at a maximum of 5% per year.
Access & Use
Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the named member.
Members must check in at reception on each visit.
Friends & Family memberships are only available to nominated individuals linked to eligible associates.
Facilities
Access includes use of the leisure club’s gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and relaxation areas.
Additional services (e.g., treatments, classes) may be subject to booking and availability.
Spa Treatment Credits (where included) must be booked in advance through your online account and are non-transferable.
Health & Safety
Members must complete a health questionnaire before using facilities.
Appropriate clothing and footwear are required in fitness areas.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate membership for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
Cancellations & Freezes
Annual memberships cannot be cancelled mid-term except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical, relocation).
Flexible memberships may be cancelled with one month’s notice.
Membership freezes may be available at the management’s discretion.
General
The club reserves the right to make changes to opening times, timetables, and facilities for maintenance or improvements.
Membership terms may be updated from time to time, with notice provided to members.
